Menurut pengalaman saya sih tergantung bagiannya, misal : untuk hardware
diserahkan ke bagian hardware, network ke bagian networking,
aplikasi diserahkan ke bagian aplikasi, tapi hal itu tergantung kebijakan yang
ada di setiap perusahaan masing-masing.
