Hi Tim,

Usually companies would go to each university to
recruite recently graduated students. In this case,
they do not expect people to have 2-3 years of
experience, though it would be helpful.

In a real job fair or when they post openings on a web
site, they are most likely looking for specific skill
set and couple of years of working experience (though
there might be some exceptions).
