I previously posted a query about the security warning on  OS X, which alerts 
that you are about to allow access to an  UNKNOWN application from an  UNKNOWN 
publisher (as opposed to what it should be, ie a signed Java from a known 
publisher). A request to “Do not show this again” is also ignored.

Both appear to originate from OS X itself, which is clearly ignoring the signed 
manifest, and not remembering the "do not show this again" request. This is in 
turn probably due to Oracle and Apple not communicating clearly with each 
other?
