Happy Sunday Morning. I don't know if Fannie is a lesbian but she lives in my town...though I have never met her. I, too, loved this movie & bought it on video at the recommendation of my son who told me that I would really like it...he was right. I never read the book & didn't realize that the women were lesbians but it makes more sense now as the movie only hinted at it.
