This is not really related but does concern Reagan ... Has anyone else heard that there is some kind of plan to have a monument (statue?) of Reagan at every state capitol in the US? I remember hearing this in a class I was taking titled Representing Power: Parades, Memorials and the Decoration of Public Spaces. Is there some sort of bill that has to be passed by congress for this to happen?
