No matter how small you'd like it to be, you still have to be able to
hit it with the pointer.
Obviously. But ½" is ridiculously large. I think ⅛" (or maybe half that)
would be plenty. At that size, it would be rather obvious that the
scrollbar has reached it's minimum. Even if it is not that obvious, it
would still be *far* more obvious than ½"!
