Obviously. But ½" is ridiculously large. I think ⅛" (or maybe half that) would be plenty. At that size, it would be rather obvious that the scrollbar has reached it's minimum. Even if it is not that obvious, it would still be *far* more obvious than ½"!

regardless, there should be some kind of indication that the standard
way of visualizing the control has changed. And not everyone has the
same dexterity so ⅛" can be too small for some. I think the original
complaint was that it was not understood that the paging and scroller
size no longer matched one:one. A visual clue would solve that without
any other changes to the system.

<grumble> Yes, that was part of my original complaint, but the unreasonably large limit in minimum size was the main part of my complaint.
