OZ,
I have to agree with what Jeff & others have said about the 5G racing fuel jugs
being the best & easiest solution for home-based fueling solutions.
-I’ve borrowed the vent-less fuel cans (sold everywhere) and found them to be
slow to the point of frustration
-I had a 55G drum with a Facet fuel pump delivering through a flexible hose &
found that problematic in terms of handling it full at over 300#
I bought 3 each 5G jugs with an internally vented & removable drain hose at the
local farm store. It has a large cap with fine threading for a secure seal. The
drain hose has a thin vent line allowing almost full flow into the tank I’m
filling. Be careful and cautious as they can dump the entire 5G in about 30
seconds.
Works for me. And other on this list.

Subject: Re: KRnet> autogas refueling
For small volume and easy handling it's been my observation that the 5 gallon
racing fuel jugs seems to work the best. I have been hauling a 110 gallon fuel
tank around in the back of my truck for the last 40+ years, so have it equipped
with an electric pump, water stop filters, and an auto shut off nozzle. I ran
Mogas for 35 years, until I moved to Arkansas and the mogas here ate the
composite fuel tanks in my SuperCub clone. …
