"back in the day", I had a Grumman AA1 which was STC'd for autofuel. I
would bring up to four 5-gal cans in my Samurai and dump it in, but it is a
low wing plane. some of our state airports have exclusive fuel concessions
so no self-refuelling. but the smaller ones were okay at least back then
they were. you COULD get a bigger commercial job site type tank and a
faster (12v?) pump with a hose to gain some efficiency. maybe even
installed in a small utility trailer if u want.
