You should be able to use LEAF without any problems.

I'm only familiar with Dachstein, but here's 
how I'd do it.

* download a dachstein floppy image (self extracting exe)
* run the extractor to create the floppy
* boot the diskette
* edit modules.conf
  uncomment the lines required to enable your network card
* edit network.conf to 
  a) set the machine to be a router (not a firewall)
  b) set up eth0 as your network interface
  c) comment out settings for eth1 or ppp0
* edit dhcpd.conf to specify your dhcp settings
* backup etc and modules (to save your settings to the floppy)

Most of the instructions you need are in the conf files 
you are editing...
