Hmmm, I'd love to think i'm being too harsh but for FEK SAKE this is the WORST it's ever been.
It's acceptable to lose against flamin' Hereford in one of the cups last season when we really were in the play-off spots, but not now. Not now when we are 5 pts off 6th. (you have to assume Millwall will pick up at least a point in their two games in hand). It's truly the lowest I've felt as an armchair fan. In fact, i was keeping an eye on the scores via the web and the Sky Scorecentre thingy when a) Trundle missed the pen, then they b) they scored. After that I just turned off the computer and went and watched an episode of Dexter with the Señora and didn't even bother checking the scores on the phone. I can't imagine what it would be like at ER at the mo i.e. the false dawns from all the decent home performances, then knowing a skitey 1-0 away defeat awaits to ruin it all. >From the current squad, Delph & Beckford will definetly go in the summer.
