I guess he feels that at 25, with 2 and a bit good seasons behind him,
it is time to go up a division.  There must be a few Championship teams
who will offer him at least as much if not more money.  It all depends
what sort of offer Leeds deem acceptable. 2-3 Million at a guess, with a
year left on his contract.

Whether he is good enough even 1 level up is open to question, but he's
certainly earned the right to have a go, and has been pretty committed
to Leeds for the last 2 years, when he could have 'played-up' looking
for a move.
If he goes, we'll certainly miss his goals!

If we get the right offer he'll go I guess.  If not, then we'll see how
it has gone by Christmas.  

If he is still scoring and Leeds are looking good for promotion, then
the combination of going up a division and yet another improved offer in
lieu of that might tempt him to stay. If not we would probably lose a
million on his value by January.
