I don't understand why people think we will get millions for him?? I can't see him costing anyone more than the upper hundreds of thousands. He is 25 with 12 months left on his contract and had 3 good league one seasons and that's it!

There must be a few Championship teams who will offer him at least as much if not more money. It all depends what sort of offer Leeds deem acceptable. 2-3 Million at a guess, with a year left on his contract. Whether he is good enough even 1 level up is open to question, but he's certainly earned the right to have a go, and has been pretty committed to Leeds for the last 2 years, when he could have 'played-up' looking for a move. If he goes, we'll certainly miss his goals! If we get the right offer he'll go I guess. If not, then we'll see how it has gone by Christmas. If he is still scoring and Leeds are looking good for promotion, then the combination of going up a division and yet another improved offer in lieu of that might tempt him to stay. If not we would probably lose a million on his value by January.
