hey curtis!...basically, i am planning to set up some 1/8" by 1 1/2" flat bar that will slide into the vertical, legacy rails of the "Z" axis...welded to these flat bar pieces will be the split collar that will hold the ball bearing...so basically, i guess you could say that i am making a custom pillow block bearing...i'll take detailed photos when done...joe
