Then install cyrus and tell Outlook to use IMAP for "shared folders",
and IMAP or POP for personal mail. Windoze boxes will use MAPI or whatever
else internally, however all functionality they can expect from Exchange,
except some calendar stuff, will be implemented over IMAP, POP and LDAP,
that they already support.
