With the option you are using "-I" you would get, or at least i do here with
rpm version 3.0

-I: unknown option

I suppose it's a typo, anyway you now know the importance of upper and lower
case when it comes to commands.

Another possable explanation is that condering you used crippleware to
download the file, it might have gotten its name changed or it has been
converted to uppercase for free by m$dos.

I dont know what the lastest version is but here is an example of what is
included in redhat-6.0

XFree86-Mach64-3.3.3.1-49.i386.rpm
