kde does not work

Hello, 

I also have a kde problem,

No one of the button shows reaction, for example

Games/Tetris - No tetris appears
Terminal - No terminal appears
Suse online documentaion - no netscape appears

What I always do, getting a terminal with ALT-F2 and revoking the applications
there.
The comsole doesnt show any warnings or error messages.

It works, but it is not nice.

this occurs since I have updated my kde from suse6.2 to suse6.3

Do you know, what it could be ?
