The police are supposed to be there to protect people, that is why they were dreamed up.
This is not protecting but more harassing.
It is not supposed to be about bringing in money...but somehow it always ends up there.

I'm not crazy about the new law, either. Just another excuse to pull people over and generate revenue for the state.
At least with the majority of new cars coming with DRL, you don't have to worry as your headlights are on all the time.
Expect to see car manufactures add a feature where the headlights turn on automatically when your wipers have been on for a little while.
