I would have to agree its just another law that people can get pulled over
with. But if your not doing anything wrong in the first place, why worry
about getting pulled over =P? (Ducks the eggs being thrown) But really I
think its nicer that when the weather is kinda crappy outside that people
have their headlights on, its alot easier to see that idiot who's doing
something wrong (unless they dont have thier headlights on.)

The police are supposed to be there to protect people, that is why they
were dreamed up.
This is not protecting but more harassing.

Expect to see car manufactures add a feature where the headlights turn
on automatically when your wipers have been on for a little while.
