I say if they are going to make all these little rules and regulation, they 
should just make it madatory to drive with your headlights on all the time. But 
like you all are saying, Its just another way for the state and goverment to

But then you get into the whole liberty issue where, just because it may be 
a little safer, does that really give someone the right to require that you 
adhere to the standards they feel add resolve.
Should we really REQUIRE people to wear helmets on their motorcycles? Or 
seatbelts in their cars? Some say yes, others no.

Fact remains that it is one more point of power allotted to the police to 
legitimately pull you over and reprimand you. And for the officers that 
abuse their power, one more excuse as to why he/she was harassing you. It 
is the ability for the State or Government to be able to make decisions for 
you. They start off by taking small things...

But I am not overly worried about the law, just kind of disgusted.
