Ok you are making three different points: that the wording "第１" implies there's a "second"; the word "第１" somehow (really, HOW?) validates the "皇女" wording in her profile over the "女皇" wording in Shirin's profile; and the word "第１" implies there's someone above her rank. I'll just discuss the first point. The word "first" only implies there isn't any predecessor, it's doesn't tell you anything about the existence of successors. In Chinese history, there were various kingdoms that lasted only one sovereign, e.g. Qiao Zong was the first King (or Prince, depending on translation) of Western Shu, his father wasn't a King/Prince of Western Shu, in fact there were no previous Kings/Princes of Western Shu, so that makes him the "first". Sadly for him Western Shu lasted only 8 years and there wasn't a _second_ King/Prince to succeed the _first_.
