Forgot to mention -

 

Tieria's been dressing that way since the start.  The outfits he wears when he's not in his flight suit are feminine (for instance, the pink button down sweater).  No explanation has been provided as to why he dresses like that so far, and he's the only Gundam Meister that we have absolutely no background on (while we don't have much on Lockon, we do have a little).  He always wears pants, and there's no indication that he'll turn up in a skirt in the future, but his outfits are definitely feminine.

side note:
In the new ending animation, Lockon is giving Seiei a haircut in some
nice, idyllic beach setting, with Allelujah cooking, I think, and Tieria
doing a science experiment. All would have been well, except that well,
Tieria is wearing nothing except what seems to be a big button-up shirt,
in a style that suggests that he is more of a she.
