Since neither the legal nor the pr folks are being paid, the comparison is
not very meaningful, is it? If there is no money, any amount is too much.
The point I was responding to was the suggestion that ICANN should hire
some professional election help; if you identify someone qualified who is
willing to either donate their services or join the growing list of
receivables, let us know.

What kind of expenses are we talking about? How does it compare to e.g.
the legal budget, the PR budget? What fee per existing DN would cover it?
Etc....
