Yes between Flemming Key and Key West. We were told there was a sewage plant
there. Don't know if it was a Navy installation or not.

What do you mean by "I will have to create one"?

Don't hold your breath about Dade and Broward stopping their pumping of
sewerage any time soon, no matter what the Feds say. If they can't physically
do it, they simply can not.

which bridge.. the one between fleming key and key west would probably be the
navy...

the entire keys are a marine sanctuary... I have an SanX... I Have NO problem
using a pump out..
and at the moment I will have to create one.. I would prefer no one, even with
Type I's, pump overboard..
never know when your unit is not functioning properly. The small sacrifice I
make keeps those beautiful
waters pristine..

FYI, Dade and Broward county have been notified, finaly, by the Feds to cease
pumping offshore..
