with difficulty unless you happen to be a qualified post production
engineer, with experience of analogue and digital video systems, linear
and non-linear editing (Avid, Lightworks et al), formats ranging from 2"
Quadraplex through 1" C format, Betacam, and the modern 'joke' formats
like miniDV,DVCpro and DV-CAM. A thorough knowledge of audio post
production techniques including Dolby Surround and multitrack editing
would be an advantage.
even then it wouldnt help you, as they are making me redundant (yippee)
... because they are closing the studios at BBC Pebble Mill ! .. which is
a shame because when built it was the largest purpose built broadcasting
centre in Europe.
Still .. since I am making a nice living writing Perl for people I cant
complain ;-))
