editors is one thing they are keeping .. although video rather than film
(hmm we still had a couple of Steenbecks, a cutting bench and a trim bin
hanging about when I left ..) ...but hey .. its worth a shot ;-)

of course as an editor you will be despised by the engineers .. I spent
the last 10 years looking after editors ('what does this button do?' 'err
.. the one with "preview" written on it .. lets press it and find  out ..
oh look it does a preview'  etc )  .. it helps if you enjoy doing 14 hour
days and working 6 days a week ... and doing cookery/home makover/daytime
soaps ....
