Ok, I've put up the first version:

I'd love to hear any comments / ideas.
As the docs say this is just the initial offering,
I've already applied to CPAN and I'm 100% sure the
naming will be different so don't worry about that.
I'll be using this in a project later this week
so that'll also give me more insight into if
there are any other basics which I've missed.
The test script will need to be altered if you
are putting this on your server (need to change
the way the DBI handle is created).
Anyway, hope you all enjoy, and please.. be gently
this is my first time... at letting the masses laugh
at my code :)
