Needs to be seriously rewritten because of shonky coding, but the demo
works and it seemed to have a reasonable feature set:

I think it would take a couple of days to bring it in to line with
reasonable coding practices and put the HTML into templates. Of
course, as soon as you introduce template technology you make it
impractical to run as a simple, honest CGI script[1].
