I have to partly apologize for asking for this review without checking
the last date of arabic review, which was actually fairly recent -
in Septemeber from Hatim Alahmady.

What is more surprising is the scope of changes - so many proposed
alternations - see the diff for regenerated layout translations.

As I do not speak Arabic so I have no clue why is that. Maybe Arabic
uses different keywords in different countries?

Anyway I am CC-ing Hatim, maybe you two could coordinate to agree on
a single version?
