Dear Pavel and Hatim, Thank you, Pavel, for your message and for connecting us. I completely understand, and no problem at all — it’s great that we can coordinate together to ensure the Arabic localization of LyX 2.5.0 is as accurate and consistent as possible.
My intention in reviewing the file was to enhance linguistic clarity and technical accuracy, especially for academic users in Arabic-speaking countries. Arabic indeed has some regional terminology differences (for example, between North Africa and the Middle East), so my proposed changes aimed to make the translations more neutral and standard for broader comprehension. I’m happy to discuss each change with Hatim and collaborate on a unified version. Thank you both for your efforts and for the opportunity to contribute to LyX.
