Because in the newspaper industry it would involve a massive amount of 
money and time to convert back to Pagemaker (we at PNG started with 
Pagemaker.) All the papers in the former Southam chain still use Xpress 
3.21 (I think.) And I know there are many other people in the 
graphics/publishing industries doing the same. Quark developed QPS 
years before Aldus/Adobe came up with anything similar.
