Hello all
A daughter of a friend who has an original Bondi Blue iMac contacted me with a tale of woe. She lives on Vancouver Island and uses Shaw cable as her ISP, as do her parents and I. She has been using Outlook Express as an email program, and within the last month or so, things have gone really wonky.
I don't use the program myself, so can't help her much.
Here's what she's experiencing
Bounced emails (her mom's computer, a Mac, has always assigned the daughter's emails to the "junk" file)
Attachments won't send, or if received, won't open.
She's resorted to using hotmail as her browser (unknown to me) is still running fine, but as Shaw includes the email as part of the service, she's rightfully ticked off that it doesn't work. She's tried phoning Shaw service but has been told twice that they can't help with Macs and on her third try to the Shaw service number in my town, was told that her computer is just too old.
A call to a Mac specialty shop in her town was not very helpful.

Any suggestions out there?
TIA
