All of these suggestions for an alternate email program are nice and
I am all for not using Outlook Express. But, if she had been using
it for a long time with no problems and these are a sudden
development then looking to other email programs to solve the problem
may be misguided and may fix the problem by just covering up a more
fundamental issue.
I mentioned hard drive space as a culprit because I've found Outlook
to be particularly sensitive to that in the past. What basic
diagnostics have been performed?
