Oop! How silly of me to have missed Mozilla... I'll put a vote in
for the WaMCom build, which I've tried successfully on many old Macs.
Thanks to Johann for pointing out my Eudora error.... my brain was
still fuzzy and freshly out of bed. ;-)

Eudora is purely a mail program.
There is a version of Mozilla (the web/email suite) that runs on
Mac OS 9:
