Hello Terry,

My father is having exactly the same problem with his WebTV unit (an electronic appliance where all of the files and operating system are stored on the server end and is owned by Microsoft). He can't receive any email from my sister in Vancouver who is also on Shaw. He can receive e-mail from other members of the family in Ontario. We talked extensively with Shaw and WebTV. WebTV claims that the problem is with Shaw and their email, for some reason, is considered junk mail. Shaw keeps telling us that they are investigating the situation but seem to be doing very little to rectify it. This is extremely frustrating for my father who is 91. He had no option when it comes to an e-mail program.

Any suggestions out there?
