Bounced emails (her mom's computer, a Mac, has always assigned the

Her Mom's computer has to be reconfigured. It its just running
Mail.app then a simple entry in the Address Book should fix this. If
she has ever sent a message to her daughter to the address that she
is sending from (a simple reply usuallly) then by default it should
be excluded from junk mail.
