I have had the Digital phone service for almost a week and overall am
enjoying the unlimited Long Distance calls BUT, realized there was a
problem with the voicemail.
With Telus, if somebody leaves you a voicemail, you get an
interrupted or stuttered sort of dial tone to alert you to it.
It is supposed to be the same way for Shaw but for some reason I am
not getting this interrupted dial tone and as a result, was not
aware that I had a number of voice mails sitting in my box.
When I called tech support, I was told it could take up to two weeks
for them to try and resolve this, if at all.
Just wondering if anybody else is having problems with this ?
