I had a very different experience with Shaw....first, the guy who
showed up to install it seemed very comfortable in working with
Macs. He had the modem up and running in less than 20 minutes. I
am stunned that your tech stated that their modems were not mac
supported !! That's ridiculous.
I have really enjoyed my cable modem service with Shaw for the past 3
1/2 years. The tech support has been great when I needed it. I had
heard some pretty terrible things about Telus when I was first
deciding which one to go with and still have no regrets about
choosing Shaw.
I just hope that their digital phone service will be equally as good !
