I'm not sure there's much point in my continued membership of this
list. I joined it to find a local source of spare parts for my dead
SE/30, but it seems that everyone here is discussing modern Macs that
are able to run OS 10.4, and just about everyone in the Compact and
Vintage Macs mailing lists lives overseas.
This is, after all, supposed to be the mailing list for Low End Macs.
the LEM Mailing lists have kinda grown beyond Low End Macs to general
Mac discussion.
Also I am an active member and ex-Admin of the Vintage Macs list and
I live in the UK. Feel free to ask for spares...
My Mac mini sure feels 'low end' compared to a G5!
I have to admit that the oldest Mac I own today isn't even a Mac, it's a
PowerCenter Pro 240 and my first was a Performa 630 in '95... Before
that, I had Amigas!
