I too am curious as to your findings here, because I intended to subscribe with 
MobileMe within the next few weeks, and/or upon the supposed big announcement 
in April. Is this service more accessible on the Mac side than windows for 
example? Or is access a dead thing across the board? This is truly 
disheartening, so definitely keep us posted as to your discoveries.
