I send lots of mail to Google over IPv6 and it works fine.

But I have been careful to configure my MTA with squeaky clean correct rDNS and 
SPF and so forth,

My ISP doesn't do IPv6 ("you're the only person who's ever asked") so I use a 
tunnel to Hurricane
Electric which works amazingly well.  And it's free.
