Of that message, sure. A new message from the same sender will be attempted. A 
new message from a different sender will also be attempted.

With the current state of affairs, a steady stream of 550 5.7.1 responses does 
not guarantee that the ESP will stop sending to the email address. This 
scenario is untenable, regardless of which party wants to keep it as is.
