Already some years ago I had had my server whitelisted by sending an e-mail to tosa@. Suddenly (I assume today) the IP was not in the whitelist anymore, so from my perspective something did change.
In the past an e-mail to tosa@ would suffice. Now they explicitly request the Impressum..
