Hi!

For the last 30 days no e-mail notifications were sent. As I was having
problems with my Internet Service Provider, that was oftenly broking the
internet connection, I thought that the ISP was causing that problem.
But now that the internet connection is stable again the e-mail are
still not sent.

The Mantis installation is running for 16 months, and since I have
installed it and configured it no other settings changes were done. Thus
I don't think this is a Mantis problem, but I'm not sure where should I
look for the cause of that problem.

I have enabled the e-mail log using the configuration above:
        $g_log_level = LOG_EMAIL | LOG_EMAIL_RECIPIENT;
        $g_log_destination = 'file:C:/apache/logs/Mantis_email_log.txt';

For every bug I assign to a developer the following log entries are
written in the log file:

08-10-2007 14:39 E. South America Standard Time mail_recipient bug=
1214, add reporter=25
08-10-2007 14:39 E. South America Standard Time mail_recipient bug=
1214, add handler=11
08-10-2007 14:39 E. South America Standard Time mail_recipient bug=
1214, add project=10
08-10-2007 14:39 E. South America Standard Time mail_recipient bug=
1214, add project=11
...
08-10-2007 14:39 E. South America Standard Time mail_recipient bug=
1214, add project=26
08-10-2007 14:39 E. South America Standard Time mail_recipient bug=
1214, drop 10 (own)
08-10-2007 14:39 E. South America Standard Time mail bug=1214,
type=owner, msg=email_notification_title_for_action_bug_assigned,
recipients=("[EMAIL PROTECTED]", "[EMAIL PROTECTED]", ...)

Apparently I can't see any problem, but Mantis (PHPMailer) returns the
error "recipient_failed" (mantis\core\phpmailer\class.phpmailer.php at
line 500).

The server environment:
Mantis 1.01
Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition
Apache 2.0.55
PHP 4.4.2
MySQL 4.0.26-nt-log

Any suggestion on how to investigate/solve that problem?

Thanks!
