Hi Jeferson,

Your best option is to find the protocol logs of your email server.
This is the logs that includes all established SMTP sessions and the
commands/responses sent over them.  This will tell you exactly whether
PHPMailer has established a connection, and if it did, then you will
find the exact command that received the error.
