Are you talking about the table with the state-owned entries backgrounded in 
pink?
That list is pretty much the same data for the accepted conclusion that the 
state sector employs about 20% of the workforce and produces 30% to 40% of the 
GDP.
And that list shows that state and private corporate firms divide up major 
industries: automotive, banks, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc. Tobacco is an 
exception, being nearly totally state; it must be one of the "commanding 
heights" for those who select facts instead of presenting the reality in all 
its major aspects.
And that list is pretty much the same as the one that underpins my discussion 
in the section "State-owned enterprises in Chinese capitalism" in the article 
at

In short, the "facts" presented to us do not at all support the accompanying 
political generalities.
