Are you talking about the table with the state-owned entries backgrounded in pink? That list is pretty much the same data for the accepted conclusion that the state sector employs about 20% of the workforce and produces 30% to 40% of the GDP. And that list shows that state and private corporate firms divide up major industries: automotive, banks, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc. Tobacco is an exception, being nearly totally state; it must be one of the "commanding heights" for those who select facts instead of presenting the reality in all its major aspects.
