Billy,

Also, could you send me the file dbmsrv.prt?

It's located at: C:\Program Files\sdb\data\wrk

Thanks.

I'm logged in as a local machine administrator & a domain administrator. Is there some security on a service (ie: XServer) that I need to change to have a login as instead of it using the default account (localsystem). Would this security affect the command line utility dbmcli as well?

Thanks,

Billy Willoughby

Hi Bill,

Not to be too obvious, but how are you starting the installation wizard? I just tried to replicate your problem by logging on as a non-administrative user (which will fail, obviously) and running the wizard. Of course my first attempt failed, but I was surprised to find that if I logged on as an non-administrative user, and used, "Run as" (administrator) ---
I got similar errors.
