So, according to the files you sent me, before the database can be created, it is throwing a -7017, or a User not allowed error.
The output of your dbmsrv file matches pretty much exactly what it should be, so in my mind that rules out some sort of protocol incompatibility.


The Solution: (I think)

This sort of error can be caused by choosing an invalid DBM username. Try this:
Do the wizard again, only accept all of the defaults in all sections. The default dbm username and password is dbm/dbm.


Let me know if that works.
