That spade terminal I would suspect it is an earth but i've never used it.
My loom doesn't have a provision for it either.

As for fuel lines there are two ways to go,
1.    Bundy Tubing from "Bundy Tubing"
2.    Look under some post 71 (I think) 510s.  They had a large diameter
breather tube that ran down alongside the smaller diameter fuel line to the
engine bay.  Get two of the larger lines and use them.  They are moulded to
fit perfectly under the floorpan.
