im running premium unleaded in my l20b, have run it with stock carb, twin sus, twin webers, still ran fine. my dad has an L16 too that runs premuim unleaded. we have both done tests and even tho u pay more originally at the pump, you get better fuel consumption and end up saving $$ cos u get further mpg.
